Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we understand life happens. Please contact your artist NO LATER than 7 days before your scheduled appointment so that we may use your deposit toward and alternate date to reschedule you. If you cancel within less than 7 days before your appointment, your previous deposit will become void, and we will ask for an additional deposit to reschedule you. This helps us to make up for time lost, your design that we've worked very hard on, and the time and effort it will take for us to fill your spot. We respect your time, and ask that we be given the same curtesy. Thank you for understanding!
